DIRECTING THE DISPLAY OF THE PHILIPPINE FLAG AT HALF-MAST IN ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICES FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD ON THE OCCASION OF THE DEMISE OF FORMER PRESIDENT FERDINAND E. MARCOS

On the occasion of the demise of former President Ferdinand E. Marcos, the Philippine Flag shall be displayed at half-mast in all government offices for the period September 29 up to October 1, 1989 and on the date of his interment.
