AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF A SEMINAR ON VALUES AND ATTITUDINAL DEVELOPMENT FOR OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THIS OFFICE
Pursuant to Rule III of the Rules adopted to carry out the provisions of RA 6713, otherwise known as the “Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees,” which provides for the holding of value development programs for officials and employees in all departments of the government, a Seminar on Values and Attitudinal Development is hereby authorized to be conducted by the Training Staff of the Personnel Office from September 25 to 29, 1989, at the Briefing Room, fourth floor, of the Administration Building.
Each major office/unit is hereby required to send in participants of at least two (2) supervisors and one (1) rank-and-file employee whose names must be submitted to the Personnel Office not later than September 15, 1989.1aшphi1
Necessary expenses may be incurred in the conduct of the herein authorized seminar, chargeable against the available balance of the budgetary allocations for training in this Office.
