CENTRALIZING IN THE OFFICE OF BUDGET AND CORPORATE AFFAIRS THE MONITORING OF THE EVALUATION AND APPROVAL PROCESS OF PROPOSED GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS

In the interest of developing a more efficient and effective procedure in the evaluation and approval process of proposed government contracts requiring Presidential approval, the Office of Budget and Corporate Affairs is hereby designated as the Central Unit in charge of the monitoring of said contracts. The detailed guidelines for the desired procedure shall be formulated jointly by representatives from the PMS, ODES and OBCA and approved by the undersigned.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
