MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 230, April 10, 1989 ] APPROVING THE GUIDELINES FOR THE NO-DOLLAR IMPORTATION OF SECOND-HAND MOTOR VEHICLES OF RETURNING RESIDENTS/IMMIGRANTS/QUALIFIED DONEES Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 248 dated July 24, 1987 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Investments, the Guidelines for the No-Dollar Importation of Second-Hand Motor Vehicles of Returning Residents/Immigrants/Qualified Donees are hereby approved.
