MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 227, March 29, 1989 ] Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Finance, Memorandum Order No. 226 dated March 20, 1989 creating a National Committee to take charge of the official visit of His Excellency Noboru Takeshita, Prime Minister of Japan, is hereby amended to include Hon. Diosdado M. Macapagal, Jr., Undersecretary of Finance, as a Member of the Committee, representing the Department of Finance. This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
