DIRECTING ALL UNITS OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES AND THE PHILIPPINE CONSTABULARY-INTEGRATED NATIONAL POLICE TO STRICTLY COMPLY WITH REQUIRED LEGAL PROCESSES IN ALL CASES OF ARRESTS AND DETENTIONS.

All units of the Armed-Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine Constabulary-Integrated National Police are hereby reminded and enjoined to strictly comply with the required legal processes in all cases of arrests and detentions, and to observe the constitutional mandate to respect people’s rights in the performance of their duty.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1
