MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 200, November 9, 1988 ] AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION ON CULTURE AND ARTS TO ADOPT THE OP PAY PLAN/SALARY RATES AUTHORIZED FOR THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT (PROPER) Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, the Presidential Commission on Culture and Arts is hereby authorized to adopt the OP Pay Plan/salary rates for its rank and file positions as adjusted under National Compensation Circular NO. 51. Funds needed to implement this Order shall be taken from the Agency’s CY 1988 Personal Services as appropriated.1aшphi1 The Secretary of Budget and Management shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement this Memorandum.
