[ Memorandum Order No. 190, August 18, 1988 ]

AUTHORIZING THE CORDILLERA REGIONAL CONSULTATIVE COMMISSION TO ADOPT THE OP PAY PLAN/SALARY RATES AUTHORIZED FOR THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT (PROPER)

For the purpose of placing the basic salary rates of positions in the Cordillera Regional Consultative Commission at par with comparable positions in agencies covered by OP Pay Plan, the rank and file positions of the CRCC are hereby authorized to adopt the OP Pay Plan/salary rates as adjusted under National Compensation Circular No. 51 (Salary Schedule K).

Funds needed to implement this Order shall be taken from the Agency’s CY 1988 Personal Services as appropriated.1aшphi1

The Secretary of Budget and Management shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement this Memorandum.
