MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 184, August 1, 1988 ] DESIGNATING THE PRESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT STAFF AS THE UNIT IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT TO IDENTIFY, EVALUATE AND RECOMMEND TO THE PRESIDENT PROJECT BENEFICIARIES OF THE SPECIAL PRESIDENTIAL ACTION FOR REGIONAL CONCERNS PROJECT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES The Presidential Management Staff (PMS) is hereby designated as the unit in the Office of the President which shall identify, evaluate and recommend to the President project beneficiaries of the Special Presidential Action For Regional Concerns (SPARC) projects. The PMS shall likewise process and monitor the implementation of the approved SPARC projects. The following employees of the Special Project Unit, Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation are hereby detailed to the PMS: ANTONIO L. LLANERA ANDRE F. LAPUZ MICHAEL S. CASTANEDA VIRGINIA E.
