MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No.180, July 11, 1988 ] AUTHORIZING THE NEWLY REORGANIZED ECONOMIC INTELLIGENCE AND INVESTIGATION BUREAU TO ADOPT THE OP PAY PLAN The Economic Intelligence and Investigation Bureau which is mandated to supervise, monitor and coordinate all intelligence and investigation operations in the Department of Finance, in the implementation of its new staffing pattern, is hereby authorized to adopt the OP Pay Plan under E.O. No. 530, effective not earlier than January 1, 1988. Funds needed to implement this Order shall be taken from the current year’s programmed appropriation of the EIIB.
