[ Memorandum Order No. 178, June 6, 1988 ]

AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT’S CENTER FOR SPECIAL STUDIES TO ADOPT THE OP PAY PLAN

For the purpose of placing the basic salary rates of positions in the President’s Center for Special Studies at par with the counterpart positions in the Office of the President (Proper), the rank and file employees of said Office are hereby authorized to adopt the OP Pay Plan salary rates.

Funds needed to implement this Order shall be taken from the current year’s programmed appropriation of the PCSS.

The Secretary of Budget and Management shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement this Memorandum Order.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order takes effect January 1, 1988.
