MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 168, April 26, 1988 ] AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT IN THIS OFFICE OF A TWO-HOUR LECTURE ON ATTITUDE REINFORCEMENT FOR OFFICIALS AND MIDDLE MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT One of the government’s thrusts and programs is to encourage everyone in its machinery to improve the behavioral skills of goal-setting, leadership, self-management, communications, inter-personal relations, personality and achievement of its officials and employees in relation to their official functions and everyday activities. In this connection, the Training Staff of this Office will coordinate a two-hour lecture on “Attitude Reinforcement” with Dr. Esperanza C. Valencia as its main Lecturer on Wednesday, April 27, 1988, at 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Briefing Room of the Administration Building.
