APPROVING THE 1988 INVESTMENT PRIORITIES PLAN

WHEREAS, the Government is committed to encourage investments in preferred economic activities;

WHEREAS, it is imperative to identify these preferred areas of investment to be entitled to incentives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby approve the 1988 Investment Priorities Plan, as recommended by the Board of Investments, pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 226 dated 17 July 1987.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect after fifteen days following the completion of its publication in at least one (1) newspaper of general circulation.1aшphi1
