MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 162-C, April 20, 1988 ] FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 162 DATED MARCH 16, 1988, AS AMENDED, CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE OFFICIAL VISIT OF HIS EXCELLENCY FELIPE GONZALEZ, PRESIDENT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF SPAIN. Memorandum Order No. 162 dated March 16, 1988, as amended, creating a National Committee to take charge of the official visit of His Excellency Felipe Gonzalez, President of the Government of Spain, is hereby further amended to include an Undersecretary of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) to be designated by the DBM Secretary, vice the Honorable Juan Jose Rocha, Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the President to the Kingdom of Spain, as Member of the National Committee. The presence of a DBM representative in the Committee is deemed necessary to help attain the objective of said Memorandum Order.
