MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 160, February 29, 1988 ] APPROVING THE GUIDELINES ON THE MOTORCYCLE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MDP) REPLACING THE PROGRESSIVE MOTORCYCLE MANUFACTURING PROGRAM (PMMP). Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 226, otherwise known as the Omnibus Investments Code of 1987, and as recommended by the Board of Investments, the attached Guidelines on the Motorcycle Development Program (MDP) Replacing the Progressive Motorcycle Manufacturing Program (PMMP), are hereby approved.
