PROVIDING FOR THE CONTINUATION OF THE M/V DOÑA PAZ-M/T VECTOR TASK FORCE TO FURTHER ASSIST THE RELATIVES OF THE VICTIMS AND THE SURVIVORS OF THE SHIPS’ COLLISION.
WHEREAS, even after the bodies of some of the victims of the M/V Doña Paz-M/T Vector collision were recovered and buried, there is still a need to continue assisting the relatives of the victims as well as the survivors;
WHEREFORE, the M/V Doña Paz-M/T Vector Inter-Agency Task Force is hereby directed to continue rendering assistance to the relatives of the victims and the survivors of the said collision.
The M/V Doña Paz-M/T Vector Inter-Agency Task Force shall be recomposed as follows:

The M/V Doña Paz-M/T Vector Inter-Agency Task Force shall take such measures and do such acts as may be necessary to provide assistance to the relatives of the victims and survivors of the sea tragedy.1aшphi1
All departments, bureaus, offices, agencies and instrumentalities of the Government are hereby directed to render full assistance and support as the M/V Doña Paz-M/T Vector Inter-Agency Task Force may need in the performance of its functions. The private sector, including the relatives of the victims, are likewise requested to extend their fullest cooperation and support to the said Task Force.
