[ Memorandum Order No. 92, June 18, 1987 ]

For better coordination and more efficient use of human and material resources, the Office of the Building Administrator (OBA) is hereby abolished and its functions, records and properties and equipment are transferred to the Engineer’s Office. Employees assigned to the OBA from other units are returned to their mother units; those who were specifically hired/employed for assignment to the OBA are also transferred to the Engineer’s Office.

This Order shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1
