MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 91, June 18, 1987 ] For better coordination and more efficient use of human and material resources, the Malacañang Assistance Center and the Complaints and Investigation Office which are now performing substantially the same functions and headed by the same director are hereby merged into the Malacañang Public Assistance Center (MPAC). Since the two offices are occupying two different spaces (MAC at the ground floor of the Administration Building, West Wing and CIO at the Watson Building, J.P. Laurel), the head of the Center shall select which space to occupy and immediately transfer all personnel, furniture, records and equipment thereto. The Engineer’s Office is hereby directed to extend the necessary assistance to the MPAC in the transport of furniture, records and equipment.1aшphi1 This Order shall take effect immediately. (Sgd.)
