[ Memorandum Order No. 90, June 18, 1987 ]

To effect better personnel administration, the informal status of the Personnel Division as an independent unit is hereby terminated and it is restored to its original status as a division under the Administrative and General Affairs Office (AGAO) whose Director shall re-align its functions and personnel to attain a more equitable distribution of duties and responsibilities among the divisions therein. He is also directed to prepare an accurate and complete inventory of all officials and employees and update all personnel systems and records that may be required in the forthcoming reorganization.

This Order shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1
