MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 85, April 30, 1987 ] DIRECTING THE TRANSFER OF THE REMAINING OFFICES, AGENCIES OF THE MINISTRY OF HUMAN SETTLEMENTS TO THE PRESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT STAFF, AND DIRECTING THE DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT TO PAY THE SALARIES OF THE SKELETAL FORCE OF THE MINISTRY OF HUMAN SETTLEMENTS FOR THE MONTHS OF MARCH AND APRIL 1987 Section 1. All entities, agencies, corporations, attached to or under the administrative supervision of the Ministry of Human Settlements including their respective existing projects, programs, resources, trust accounts and assets are hereby transferred to the Presidential Management Staff; Section 2. The head of the Presidential Management Staff shall oversee the orderly abolition of the Ministry of Human Settlements to include the administration of separation benefits to those who will be separated from the service. He shall have the authority to issue such rules and regulations to ensure the effective implementation of this Memorandum Order. Section 3. The Department of Budget and Management is hereby directed to pay the salaries of the members of the skeletal force of the Ministry of Human Settlements for the months of March and April, 1987 to be charged against the Compensation and Organizational Adjustment Fund (COAF). Thereafter, the salaries of the skeletal force shall be charged against the transitional funding of the Presidential Management Staff provided for in Section 19 of Executive Order No. 130.1aшphi1 Section 4.
