MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 66, January 22, 1987 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN A SYMPOSIUM ON THE 1986 DRAFT CONSTITUTION TO BE HELD AT THE CAMP AGUINALDO OFFICERS’ CLUB ON JANUARY 27, 1987. The Confederation of Government Employees Organizations and the Career Executive Service Officer Guild will hold a symposium on the 1986 Draft Constitution on January 27, 1987 from 2:00 – 5:00 P.M. at the Camp Aguinaldo Officers’ Club wherein the President shall be the guest speaker. The attendance of officials and employees who were not able to attend the symposium earlier conducted by this Office, is hereby authorized on official time at no government expense. Each head of office shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance of those who are allowed to attend the symposium and the participants shall submit to their head of office a report on their attendance.1aшphi1 (Sgd.)
