MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 63, January 21, 1987 ] The agreement dated December 17, 1986 and its enclosures, entered into by and between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines, represented by the Minister of Finance, and the Societe Generale de Surveillance S. A., represented by Mr. G. R. Bottomley, International CISS Development Officer, copy attached, under which the latter shall inspect in the country of supply, the quality, quantity, value and price comparison of goods prior to shipment to the Philippines under the Comprehensive Import Supervision Scheme is hereby approved. The Minister of Finance, the Minister of Trade and Industry, the Governor of the Central Bank of the Philippines, and the Commissioner of Customs are hereby directed to take the necessary steps to implement the said agreement.1aшphi1 This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
