MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 61, January 12, 1987 ] URGING ATTENDANCE OF OP EMPLOYEES IN THE SYMPOSIUM ON THE DRAFT 1986 CONSTITUTION The ratification of the proposed constitution is a vital step towards the attainment of national stability. It is the civic duty of every citizen, government employees specially, to get involved in the discussion of its salient provisions for them to appreciate intelligently their implications on national development. A symposium on the draft 1986 constitution will be held at the Kalayaan Hall on Wednesday, January 14, 1987 from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. In view hereof, all officials and employees are hereby advised to participate in the symposium. A skeletal force shall be designated to take care of the routine work of the office for that day.1aшphi1 All chiefs of offices/units shall submit the names of all participants in their respective office after the symposium to the Personnel Office for proper accreditation.
