[ Memorandum Order No. 143, December 24, 1987 ]

AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING OF ALLOWANCES AND PER DIEMS TO THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY OF THE PHILIPPINES

Pursuant to Sec. 4 of P.D. No. 205 dated 6 June 1973, as amended, it is so provided that the Trustees of the Development Academy of the Philippines shall receive per diem as may be authorized for every meeting of the Board and its Executive Committee actually attended, in addition to reasonable transportation and representation expenses, subject to existing rules and regulations.

In view thereof, the following compensation package shall be granted to the following officials of the Development Academy of the Philippines:

1. TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) and NINE THOUSAND PESOS (P9,000.00) monthly representation and transportation allowance to the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees, respectively;

2. THREE THOUSAND PESOS (P3,000.00) monthly representation allowance for each of the other members of the Board of Trustees, and

3. ONE THOUSAND PESOS (P1,000.00) per diem for every meeting attended by the members of the Board or Executive Committee.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order shall take effect 1 December 1987.
