MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 130, November 13, 1987 ] REALIGNING THE SALARIES OF THE PERSONNEL OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION WITH THOSE OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT. The Civil Service Commission (CSC) is hereby authorized to adopt effective July 1, 1987, the salary structure of the Office of the President in its reorganization pursuant to EO No. 181 dated June 1, 1987. As provided under the said Executive Order, funds needed to implement the said reorganization shall be drawn from the CY 1987 salary lapses and savings of CSC. Funds needed in CY 1988 shall be drawn likewise from the same sources. Any deficiency shall be drawn against the CY 1988 Compensation and Organizational Adjustment Fund.
