MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 122, October 20, 1987 ] REALIGNING THE SALARIES OF THE PERSONNEL OF THE COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS WITH THOSE OF THE COMMISSION ON AUDIT AND THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) is hereby authorized to align the salaries of its personnel pursuant to E.O. No. 163 with those of the Commission on Audit and the Civil Service Commission which are at par with the OP Pay Plan under E.O. No. 530, effective not earlier than September 1, 1987. Funds needed to implement this Order shall be taken from the CY 1987 appropriations of the defunct Presidential Committee on Human Rights transferred to the CHR. Any deficiency for CY 1987 shall be drawn from the Compensation and Organizational Adjustment Fund For CY 1988, funds for the purpose shall be taken from the regular appropriations of the CHR.
