[ Memorandum Order No. 120, October 16, 1987 ]

GRANTING SALARY INCREASES FOR POSITIONS IN_1987 THE COMMISSION ON AUDIT (COA)

The increase in salaries of Commission on Audit Employees up to Division Chief level, similar to that of the OP Pay Plan but not to exceed 20%, is hereby authorized subject to the following conditions:

1. The use of savings realized from allotments for personal services cost and CY 1987 salary lapses to fund the salary adjustment;

2. Notwithstanding the percentage increases on the authorized salary adjustment, a 5% or one-step difference between superior and subordinate positions in the hierarchical levels established shall be observed;

3. The Commission on Audit shall submit to the Compensation and Position Classification Bureau of the Department of Budget and Management the corresponding plantilla of personnel embodying the salary adjustment for checking, without prejudice to the refund of any excess payments made to the employee concerned;

4. The above salary adjustment shall be in lieu of all allowances and other emoluments not enjoyed by officials and employees under the OP Pay Plan;

5. The Salary increase herein recommended shall be effective July 1, 1987.1aшphi1

The Secretary of Budget and Management shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement this Memorandum Order.
