PROVIDING FOR THE SIGNING AUTHORITY IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT
Effective immediately and until further advice, the signing authorities of officials in this Office below the rank of Assistant Executive Secretary are hereby revoked.
Henceforth, aside from the President, only the Executive Secretary, the Deputy Executive Secretary, Assistant Executive Secretaries and the Presidential Finance Assistant will sign indorsements, letters, and other action papers emanating from the Office of the President in accordance with existing delineation of signing authorities.
It is understood, however, that the transmittal of copies of proclamations, executive orders and other issuances of this Office to parties concerned shall continue to be signed by the Presidential Staff Director of the Records Office.1aшphi1
