CREATING A BARTER TRADE INTER-AGENCY COMMITTEE
In order to ensure quick and effective inter-agency coordination in the formulation and implementation of government policies relating to barter trade, there is hereby created a Barter Trade Inter-Agency Committee which shall be composed of representatives from the following departments and agencies of the government:

The Barter Trade Inter-Agency Committee shall have the following duties and responsibilities:
a. To advise the President on matters regarding barter trade;
b. To coordinate the activities of individual offices, agencies and other instrumentalities of the government concerned with barter trade;
c. To review and coordinate government policies relating to barter trade in accordance with the mandate of Memorandum Order No. 24 dated July 29, 1986.1aшphi1
This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
