CREATING AN AD-HOC COMMITTEE TO CONDUCT INVENTORY OF EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND OTHER TANGIBLE ASSETS OF THE CONGRESSIONAL ACCOUNTS LIQUIDATION OFFICE (CALO) AND PERFORM OTHER PERTINENT FUNCTIONS SPECIFIED IN JOINT CIRCULAR NO. 3-82 OF THE COMMISSION ON AUDIT, MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND OFFICE OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT, DATED JANUARY 18, 1982.
In view of the abolition of the Congressional Accounts Liquidation Office (CALO) under Memorandum Order No. 101, dated July 28, 1987, there is hereby created an AD-HOC Committee to conduct inventory of equipment, supplies and other tangible assets of CALO and perform other pertinent functions specified in Joint Circular No. 3-82 of the Commission on Audit, Ministry of Finance and Office of Budget and Management, dated January 18, 1982, with Director JESUS A. RUIZ as Chairman and the following as members: a representative each from the Finance Office (Property Unit), Accounting Office, Auditing Office and Malacaņang Records Office, to be designated by the respective chiefs of said offices.
The Committee shall finish its task before the turn-over of said assets and records from this Office to the Board of Liquidators effective October 1, 1987.1aшphi1
In this connection, Directors ADOLFO BUSTRIA and JESUS A. RUIZ, are hereby designated representatives of the Office of the President (OP) and the CALO, respectively, as members of the Inter-Agency Standing Committee created under the aforecited Joint Circular No. 3-82, dated January 18, 1982.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
