MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 102, August 8, 1987 ] Pursuant to Executive Order No. 888, series of 1983, Assistant Presidential Staff Director Triunfo Lino, in addition to his regular duties as Chief of the Budget Division of this Office, is hereby designated as Chairman of the Disposal Committee of the Office of the President & as such he shall directly be responsible for the disposal of unserviceable equipment & property of the Office. Messrs. Alex Mamaril, Magno Labor, Jo Vergara & Sylvia Lim of the Inventory Section, Property Division, likewise of this office, shall assist him in the discharge of his duties & function as chairman thereof as defined in the “Guidelines in the Disposal of Unserviceable Government Property under the Executive Order No. 888” above mentioned dated November 24, 1986.
