MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 100, July 28, 1987 ] ABOLISHING THE HOUSE EMPLOYEES HOMESITE ADMINISTRATION AND TRANSFERRING THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONGRESSIONAL EMPLOYEES HOMESITE TO THE NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY. To rationalize the structural and functional organization of the Office of the President, the House Employees Homesite Administration provided for under Presidential Decree No. 801, dated September 17, 1975, is hereby abolished, and the administration of the Congressional Employees Homesite (Caloocan City) as authorized under Republic Act No. 3091, dated June 17, 1961, is hereby transferred to the National Housing Authority, including the personnel, records, equipment, supplies and unexpended balances of appropriations of the House Employees Homesite Administration.
