CONSTITUTING A TASK FORCE TO LOOK INTO THE PROBLEMS AFFECTING THE LAGUNA LAKE AREA.
In order to provide the Office of the President basis in the formulation of appropriate policies to meet the present problems affecting the Laguna Lake area, a Task Force is hereby constituted as follows:

The Task Force shall immediately look into the present operation of the Laguna Lake Development Authority to enable it to effectively identify the problem areas concerning Laguna Lake and to submit its recommendation as soon as possible.
The Task Force is hereby authorized to enlist the assistance of any government agencies concerned to facilitate the accomplishment of its task.1aшphi1
This order shall take effect immediately.
