CONSTITUTING A WORKING TEAM TO UNDERTAKE RESEARCH, EVALUATION AND FORMULATION OF A PLAN TO REORGANIZE AND/OR MERGE THE FUNCTIONS, BUDGET AND PERSONNEL OF THE PRESIDENTIAL STAFF FOR POLITICAL RESEARCH AND DOCUMENTATION AND THE PRESIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS OFFICE.

There is hereby constituted a working team of 12 personnel that shall immediately undertake research, evaluation and formulation of a plan to reorganize and/or merge the functions, budget and personnel of the Presidential Staff for Political Research and Documentation and the Presidential Documents Office.

This work team shall work overtime during the period December 26, 1986 to January 7, 1987 and submit their reports on or before the 7 January 1987.

The team is hereby authorized to call or seek the assistance of any agency of government for the accomplishment of said task.

For purposes of this project the amount of P20,000 is also hereby allocated for the maintenance and operating expenses (MOE, 06) budgeted for PSPRD for CY 1986.
