AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT IN THIS OFFICE OF A SEMINAR/WORKSHOP ON ATTITUDINAL DEVELOPMENT
This Office recognizes the need to raise the level of efficiency and effectiveness of its officials and employees by having them commit themselves to their work through development of proper work attitudes for greater work output and improved human and public relations. Efficient performance of one’s duties for better service and productivity should always be matched with proper conduct and behavior guided by existing relevant rules and regulations of the Civil Service.
It is also deemed most opportune for proper information and guidance of all concerned that the vital issues on the 1986 draft Constitution be included in the program for discussion.
In this connection, the Training Staff of this Office is hereby authorized to conduct a nine-day Seminar/Workshop on Attitudinal Development on December 15 to 18, 1986 for its first part and from January 5 to 9, 1987 for its final portion at the Briefing Room of the Administration Building at 1:00–5:00 o’clock in the afternoon. All heads of offices/units in the Office of the President are advised to submit the names of their three (3) representatives to the Personnel Office not later than December 8, 1986.
The amount of ₱12,175.00 out of ₱42,000.00 allotment available for training of this Office is hereby authorized for disbursement for the purpose.1aшphi1
