MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 50, November 19, 1986 ] DIRECTING THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS TO COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PROCLAMATIONS NOS. 469-A and 469-B, S. 1965 The Ministry of Public Works and Highways shall turn over to the General Services Administration that portion of the reservation being encroached upon by that Ministry, which is part of the area clearly defined under Proclamation No. 469-B, S. 1965, and open to disposition in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Four Hundred and Seventy-Seven, as amended.
