AUTHORIZING THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, CULTURE AND SPORTS TO REORGANIZE THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY AND SUBSEQUENTLY THE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM.

There is urgent need to reorganize the Board of Regents of the Mindanao State University and subsequently the University System to make it more responsive to the needs and requirements of our countrymen.1aшphi1

In view thereof, the Minister, Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, is hereby authorized to reorganize the Board of Regents of the Mindanao State University and subsequently the University System. For this purpose, she may enlist the support and cooperation of all government ministries and agencies in the accomplishment of her task.

This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
