[ Memorandum Order No. 2, March 5, 1986 ]

CREATING A TASK FORCE TO OVERSEE AND TO TAKE CHARGE OF ALL FILM-RELATED GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.

A Task Force to oversee and to take charge of all film-related government agencies to be headed by Mr. CIRIO H. SANTIAGO, is hereby created.

The Task Force shall perform the following functions:

1. Secure, conserve, maintain, hold, control manage any and all the assets, records, properties, equipment, rights and choose in action of all film-related government agencies, including but not limited to the Motion Picture and Television Review and Classification Board, Film Development Foundation of the Philippines, NMPC Color Laboratory and Film Archives;

2. Make an inventory and valuation of the properties, equipment, rights, choses in action, obligations and liabilities of the above-mentioned film-related government agencies; and

3. Perform such other related functions as the President may require from time to time.

The Task Force is hereby authorized to seek the assistance of any ministry, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the government in the performance of its functions.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
