CREATING AN INTER-AGENCY COMMITTEE TO REVIEW EXISTING SUGAR MILL CAPACITY.

There is hereby created an Inter-Agency Committee to review the existing sugar mill capacity in relation to the target production levels to be composed of a representative each from the following government agencies:

1. National Economic and Development Authority

2. Ministry of Finance

3. Ministry of Agriculture and Food

4. Philippine National Bank

5. Sugar Regulatory Administration

The Committee shall enlist the assistance of any government agencies concerned to facilitate the accomplishment of its task.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
