PLACING THE ANTI-SMUT PUBLICATIONS WITHIN THE COVERAGE AND SCOPE OF OPERATION OF THE TASK FORCE ANTI-GAMBLING.

WHEREAS, the proliferation of smut publications seriously affects the physical, moral and spiritual life of our countrymen, particularly the youth;

WHEREAS, there is need to combat and prevent the proliferation of smut publications to ensure the existence of a healthy, upright and solid citizens in this country;

WHEREAS, this may be effectively pursued by assigning the said task to an appropriate office or agency of the government.1aшphi1

NOW, THEREFORE, the anti-smut publications are hereby placed within the coverage and scope of operation of the Task Force Anti-Gambling.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
