In the interest of the service, the temporary detail of Mr. WILFREDO O. JUSTIMBASTE of the Office of Media Affairs, Region VII, Cebu City, to the Batasang Pambansa effective April 22, 1985 and to continue until further advice is hereby authorized pursuant to the provisions of Administrative Order No. 42, series of 1937.1aшphi1

In connection with this detail, Mr. Justimbaste is entitled to receive an honorarium equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of his basic salary but not to exceed FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (?400.00) per month, chargeable against the funds of the Batasan, subject to the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
