CREATING AN INVESTIGATING PANEL TO LOOK INTO THE ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES FILED AGAINST ERNESTO IMBAG OF THE COMPLAINTS AND INVESTIGATIONS OFFICE

A panel to conduct an investigation and to receive evidence relative to the administrative charges filed against Ernesto Imbag of the Complaints and Investigation Office, this Office, is hereby created to be composed of the following:

1. Atty. Victor S. Andrada Senior Presidential Staff Legal Officer	–	Chairman
2. Atty. Antonio A. Merelos Senior Presidential Staff Legal Officer	–	Member
3. Atty. Rolando C. Bayan Presidential Staff Legal Officer III	–	Member

The panel is authorized to use any lawful means necessary for the expeditious and impartial termination of the investigation. For this purpose, it may call upon any personnel of the Office for assistance.

The panel shall submit a report of the investigation together with its recommendation as soon as practicable.1aшphi1
