MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 807, July 4, 1984 ] AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT A RE-ORIENTATION COURSE ON THE SECURITY OF COMMUNICATION AND DOCUMENTS IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT In order to inculcate security consciousness among our officials and employees who are in charge of receiving and releasing confidential communications and documents in this Office, there is a need to re-orient these personnel on the proper handling and classification of these confidential documents and at the same time, to re-emphasize to them the present policy against premature disclosure of action on official pagers.1aшphi1 Accordingly, the Training Staff of this Office, in coordination with the Presidential Documents Office, OPAMA, PMS and the Malacañang Records Office, is hereby authorized to conduct a reorientation course on the security of confidential communications and documents at the Briefing Room of the Administration Building on July23-27, 1984, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Heads of offices/primary units shall submit the names of their participants to the Personnel Office not later than July 16, 1984. Participants in the course shall be completely relieved from their official assignments in their respective posts during the training session. (Sgd.) JUAN C.
