In the interest of the service, the temporary detail of SSgt. FLORANTE MANGLIGOT, CIC TARCELO B. BARTOLOME, JR. and CTC FLORENCIO L. ESPEJO to the Batasng Pambansa as Security to the Honorable Speaker Querube C. Makalintal effective January 1, 1983 is hereby authorized with entitlement each to an honorarium in an amount not exceeding fifty percent (50%) of their basic salary, chargeable against the funds of the Batasan, subject to the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1
