[ Memorandum Order No. 800, December 22, 1983 ]

Pursuant to Batas Pambansa Blg. 325 dated December 27, 1982 and its implementing rules and regulations, the following rates of fees and charges for certain administrative services rendered by this Office as approved by the Cabinet in its meeting on July 19, 1983, is hereby prescribed:

1. Fee for every page/sheet of official record or document reproduced=₱1.00

2. For every certification of document or information based on records=₱5.00

3. Authentication fee for each signature on any official record of document=₱10.00

This order shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1
