[ Memorandum Order No. 798, November 7, 1983 ]

In the interest of the service, the temporary detail to the Batasang Pambansa of the following named personnel is hereby amended to entitle them to honoraria in the amount equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of their basic salary, or ₱400.00, whichever is less, subject to availability of funds for the payment thereof, chargeable against the funds of the Batasang Pambansa, and subject to the usual accounting and auditing regulations:
