[ Memorandum Order No. 795, October 5, 1983 ]

Mr. FELIX C. HIDALGO, Presidential Staff Director, in addition to his duties and responsibilities is hereby directed to assume full responsibility for supervising the maintenance, sanitation and cleanliness of the Administration Building and its immediate environs. He shall exercise direct supervision and control over the janitorial services, both in-house and contractual; he shall monitor all needed repairs and see to it that priority attention be accorded by the Engineer’s Office. In the performance of these functions, he shall coordinate with the Beautification Committee constituted under Memorandum Order No. 775 dated February 24, 1983.1aшphi1

All officials and employees are enjoined to extend their fullest cooperation and exercise the highest degree of involvement and vigilance in keeping the premises clean and tidy.

This Order takes effect immediately.
