Memorandum Order No. 787, creating a special cultural committee to handle and supervise the participation of the Office of the President in the presentation of the “Kasaysayan ng Lahi” on the arrival of the Prime Minister of Japan on May 6, 1983, is hereby amended so as to include as members of the committee the following:

2. Mr. Triunfo Lino – Budget Finance

3. Ms. Juanita Espina – Social Secretary’s Office

4. Mr. Ricardo Amador – Malacañang Engineer’s Office

5. Mr. Reynaldo Dizon – Malacañang Clinic

6. Ms. Nora Moulic – PMS

7. Ms. Florinda Ribo – PMS
