[ Memorandum Order No. 787, April 27, 1983 ]

A special cultural committee is hereby created to handle and supervise the participation of the Office of the President in the presentation of the “Kasaysayan ng Lahi” as part of the welcome ceremonies in honor of the Prime Minister of Japan who is arriving on May 6, 1983. The Committee shall be composed of the following:

Dir. Salvador V. Capistrano, Finance Office — Chairman

Ms. Lilia Castro, PMS — Member

Ms. Aurora Aquino, Records Office — Member

Mrs. Remedios Gamalinda, Legal Office — Member

Mr. Floriño O. Ibañez, Personnel Office — Member

Mrs. Clarita F. Rodulfo, Finance Office — Member-Secretary

In coordination with the management of the Folk Arts Theatre, the Committee shall determine the role this Office can contribute to the presentation, and is hereby authorized to incur such expenses as may be necessary chargeable against the fund of this Office, subject to its availability and the pause audit.

Unless sooner disbanded this Committee shall automatically reconstitute itself to function as be required this Office shall be called upon to participate in similar presentation in the future.1aшphi1
