Soberano to the Batasang Pambansa as Security to the Honorable Speaker Querube C. Makalintal effective 1 January 1983 is hereby authorized. He shall be entitled to an honorarium in an amount not exceeding fifty percent (50%) of his basic salary chargeable against the funds of Batasan, subject to the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1 (Sgd.)
